What we're bringing

We rent for projects, not moving day. If you need a box trailer to move a couch, a rental counter in town will serve you better and cheaper.

Dump trailers

Garage and estate cleanouts, bathroom and deck demo, roofing tear-off, mulch, gravel, dirt, brush. Usually cheaper than a roll-off dumpster, and you're not paying for the days it sits in the driveway.

Utility trailers

Open deck with a ramp gate. Mowers, ATVs, furniture, lumber, fencing material, landscape supply runs, dump trips.

Equipment trailers

Tilt and ramp decks rated for compact tractors, skid steers, mini excavators and implements.

How renting will work

  1. Reserve online

    Pick your trailer and your dates. You'll tell us what you're towing with so we can confirm the trailer actually fits your vehicle before you drive out.

  2. Get your pickup details by text

    Address, gate code and a short hookup checklist, sent the day before.

  3. Hook up and go

    No counter, no line, no waiting on someone to open. Return it the same way.

We're opening in spring 2027 and building the reservation list now. Nothing is charged and nothing is signed — you're telling us what you'll need so we buy the right trailers.

Questions people are asking

Are you actually renting right now?
No. We're opening in spring 2027. Right now we're collecting reservation requests so we know which trailers to buy and how many. If you need a trailer this week, we'd rather tell you that plainly than take your information.
Do you deliver?
No. Every rental is customer pickup. Delivery is most of what makes trailer rental expensive, and skipping it is how we keep rates low.
What if my truck can't tow it?
We'd rather find that out on the form than in our driveway. That's why we ask about your tow vehicle up front. If a trailer is too much for your vehicle we'll say so and point you at one that isn't.
How is this different from U-Haul?
U-Haul is built for moving house — cargo boxes and car haulers, priced for one day in town. We rent project equipment: dump trailers, open decks and equipment trailers, by the day or the week.
Why a dump trailer instead of a dumpster?
A roll-off charges you for the whole time it sits in your driveway and you're stuck with where they drop it. A dump trailer goes where you need it, dumps where you want it, and goes back when you're done.
Where are you based?
Van Alstyne, Texas, right on US-75 at the top of Collin County. That puts us about twenty minutes from McKinney and twenty from Sherman. Pickup address goes out by text once a rental is confirmed.
